In-Person and Online Therapy

For

Emotional Health & Wellbeing

As a counselling psychologist, I have an interest in supporting individuals who have experienced harmful, controlling or emotionally abusive behaviour within family or intimate relationships, including experiences sometimes described as narcissistic abuse.

These experiences can affect people in different ways. You may notice isolation, heightened alertness, confusion, self-doubt, low self-esteem, fear of failure or feelings of worthlessness. I provide a compassionate and non-judgemental space in which we can explore your individual experiences, understand how they may be affecting you and identify therapeutic goals that are meaningful to you.

You do not need a diagnosis for another person—or certainty about how to describe what happened—to seek support. Our work will focus on your experiences, needs and wellbeing. Sessions are confidential, subject to the professional, ethical and legal limits as outlined by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
